Hi All!
I am facing a really unusual problem with the latest alpha build on Raspberry Pi. It centers around Music on hold....
Individual tracks when uploaded play fine on their own. However, I have created a Christmas playlist ready for the upcoming holiday. I have added two tracks to it and set it to randomise, then loaded this into "Music File 0" on the General MoH Tab as I have been doing with single tracks and it shows as "[Christmas]" in the drop down box. All seems as though it should be working but when I place a call on hold it plays the default hold music file not my playlist or any of my custom tracks.
I have tried placing a second playlist into "Music File 1" and then a single track into "Music File 2" and then when i place a test call and put it on hold the system seems to jump to the single file track in "Music File 2" completely skipping the playlists.
I have also noted that when all drop downs are populated with individual tracks and the "Randomise" options at the bottom of the tab are set to "Randomise for each Call" I can still only manage to get the first track to play no matter how many test calls I make.
I have even gone as far as to delete the default hold music and all single tracks and only populate the dropdowns with my playlists but SOMEHOW the system still manages to play the default hold track.
Any insight would be AMAZING as I am quite literally tearing my hair out at this point!
Many Thanks in advance!
