[MongoDB] Contact creation - template generator

Hi there, I'm testing integration possibilities with MongoDB.
Sadly I'm currently testing only thru the Template Generator application, so maybe that's all there is to it.

These cases are all working:
Contact Lookup positive
Contact Lookup negative + Contact Creation
Call Journal (with Contact Lookup positive)

From other threads, I've gathered that Call Journaling gets triggered only if there are ID/URL, Number and Name/CompanyName available from the Lookup.
Can you confirm the full system will do Contact Creation during calls after the initial lookup fails and then the journaling can proceed during that same call?

Yes, that will work. If the contact is not found, and you create a contact next, then the call journaling will register the call as well for that same call.

CallStartTimeLocal
 - The start date & time of the call, in local time zone, as a DateTime object, which can be formatted as the user wants.
CallEndTimeLocal
 - The end date & time of the call, in local time zone, as a DateTime object, which can be formatted as the user wants.

Hi edossantos, could you specify if "local time zone" is the server time zone or the client time zone?
From the webclient I see all calls with the same time zone so I'm assuming it's the server time zone. If so, is it possible to get the client time zone during the call?

This is the 3CX server time zone (from the operating system).

is it possible to get the client time zone during the call?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Call Journaling runs from the server, so we don't know the time at the client's machine.
