Please advise.
When the user right-click and select on Listen
The call only rings on the computer and not the deskphone.
The User's Provisioning for the 3CX App - Call Control is set to IP Phone.
The user does not have a USB headset or use the computer for audio.
Is there something I am missing here - Shouldn't it ring the deskphone as set?
