I've searched the Ideas forum for these items and not seen them, and as a non-partner, I cant propose there, so here they are:
First, is there a way to configure recording archiving to trigger based on storage quota or retention on the local server (think outlook auto archive - all items older than 3 months to archive)? I have a google storage bucket running, and as soon a the next month flips the clock to 00:00 it's going to take all of my organizations recordings and put them into archive. They will be unavailable to be played back via phone, and must be re-downloaded at web browser downloads to listen to them.
Secondly, is there a simple web-player component that could be used to play them back in Chrome/Firefox? I'd envision something with a tracking bar, play and speed buttons, and realistically, since its not protected content, it could be just a player that plays that downloaded (to browser cache) file in-situ and not even have to stream it from the server. I don't know how that would impact the system requirements of the server hardware/VM, but it would be a convenient option that would make skimming though the year of calls more accessible than download > play > repeat until I find the one I'm after.
If a partner sees this and want's to raise it, I'd be grateful. If it doesn't happen, then i guess I'm the only one
