An agent complains that from time to time several numbers of clients she calls are unavailable. When this happens also a rather terrible sound (like a loud busy tone) will be sent.
My guess is the remote end or its system is busy. But from the call logs I cannot proof this, because these calls in the logs are only shown as "not answered".
Is there a way to create daily logs where the actual call result is saved (like 503, 504 etc.)?.
I could run tcpdump to capture all sip traffic, if there is no other way, but that will quickly fill up the disk I guess when running over a period of a week.
