Is there a way to move backups between location types? We were doing all of our backups to the local disk, but I'm moving to Google Cloud.

I can change between locations in the UI and see the different files. I don't particularly want to wait a month to have a month of cloud backups.

Is there any way of moving these?

Just download them from the server and then upload to the bucket?

yep.

You don't mention server OS - but guessing by your response you are on Debian and not Windows.

i've no experience - but have you looked at gsutil ?

I guess the question is why? It's not like 3CX does differential/incremental backups and unless you are keeping your backups indefinitely just change the location. You can make a copy of your most recent backup(s) but I'm 99% sure 3CX will just leave the current backups in place on the local disk and then new ones will go to Google Storage. Eventually you can delete the local ones once you've reached the end of your retention period.

Free up local storage capacity.

Well if it's not urgent just do what I wrote above but otherwise gsutil or if you want something GUI/easier then Cyberduck

I've got multiple PBXes pushing to Google now. :)
