Solved Move from Lightsail to 3CX Hosted

Is there a path to move from a lightsail or Azure instance to a 3CX hosted service? Pricing information etc or is it only available for new instances.

The path is the same when moving 3CX between anything. Physical to physical, physical to vm, vm to physical, physical to cloud, cloud to physical, cloud to cloud, etc. Backup, uninstall restore. 3CX is just another hosting service in that regard.

From your customer portal if you want to host with 3cx, you can click on the Subscriptions >> [Deploy to Hosted] >> Upload your backup and then we will create a PBX on our hosting platform, restore your backup and setup your PBX.
Of course you must take a backup form your current PBX, with License key& FQDN and this must be less than 500 MB.
If your backup is bigger, you can setup your PBX and then restore it on top of the new PBX that will be on our Hosting Platform. By the time the key and the FQDN will be the same then this will just bring your config in.
