Move from my 4 SC license to my 8 SC license - (export?)

I have all my setting, departments, etc setup in my 4 SC license.

I have a blank 8 SC license, that I would like to import some settings into.

Is this possible?

This might be best to speak to your 3CX sales representative to just upgrade your existing key.

Are you trying to upgrade your 4SC with an 8SC or have the 2 running concurrently?

Selectively exporting and importing information through a backup is not possible. Although there is some things that you can export and then import into the new one. It does depend on what you need to do.

However, when setting up a new system it might be better to use the 3CX Setupconfig.xml
