Move our own paid key to NFR

Hello

Noticed we're using an old PRO paid license since years when our partner level gives us the right for an ENTERPRISE NFR
(so I'm missing features I can't even get used to or demo to our customers)

Is it possible to change easily our key on our own server without having to reinstall from scratch?

When I try to replace it I get this :



I thought it was because our NFR key already attached to another FQDN, but that does not seem to be the case (I don't see any FDQN attached to the NFR key)

Maybe I should go on our 3CX portal and first Unlink my PRO key from our FQDN and then it'll work?
But just after clicking "Unlink" not sure I'll still have access to our PBX to change the key.

You cant replace any key with an NFR, you need to reinstall from scratch. If you have an backup without licence and fqdn, you can use this for the install.

I think this issue is due to the new Licensing Change which 3CX just announced where you no longer be able to replace license keys
