Move Recordings

Hi

I have a client who currently archive their recordings to Google drive, but are running out of space.
I don;'t want to invest further in a solution that is now deprecated so I want to move the recordings to an FTP site.

I know that U4 has a utlility to move recordings, but don't want to upgrade the client to a beta version.

So, is there a way to move the reconding from one archive location to another?

Actually it changed to a 3 last time...

Got the complete message again but those calls are still archived.
Could it be that the calls are in the database but the actual files on GDrive have been corrupted in some way?

Please do not change the parameters all the time, allow the machine some time to finish any background operations

The recordings that did not get pulled back from GDrive still have not been.
It's only our lab kit though.

I did this last night for the customer in question and everything worked very well

Here are the procedure statuses just to keep in mind:

1 = Start Transfer so System Service will listen and start the procedure
2 = Transfer is in progress
3 = Transfer is completed successfully
4 = Not enough local space to download
5 = Some of the recordings are transferred but there were some errors

Thanks JohnDo all these things get documented anywhere as I only ever find useful stuff like this in this forum rather than any documentation - unless I am looking in the wrong place?

No they are not, and should not really be necessary for 99% of users.

But in case problems show up we can always share some additional info on where to look when troubleshooting.
