Solved Moved to self hosting . loads of problems

We moved the hosted 3cx to our own server and we seem to have major issues.

None of the phones connect to the self hosted system.
I tried reseting a phone and then provision it again but it doesn't work.
We had firewall issues reported but we solved all those issues.

I set the self hosted version up last night from home on the server in the office and everything worked well. In the office nothing seems to work.

What other information can I provide ?
Any suggestions?

managed to solve it finally. had to set up a split dns rule in pfsense.

@stephan23 keep that in mind then for next time
fqdn is very important and how dns queries are performed from each network, as all extensions connect to the pbx based on this.
