Solved Moving 3CX to platform to allow Failover option...next steps

I will be moving our demo/ test system to AWS as a POC for a client to utilize failover. What is the process from 3CX's perspective? I will take my backup and restore as I normally would. Just want to make sure you can shut down the instance hosting our license key.

Hi @Matt Waechter,

No need to contact us in order to shut down your 3CX-hosted system as you can do it from your side whenever you want.

1) Login to your customer/partner portal and go to the Systems page (for partner account is 'My systems')
2) Select the subscription you want to shut down.
3) Press the 'Running' link and select from the dropdown menu, select the 'Stop' operation.
4) Press the execute button to proceed.
