Moving Servers v20 - Conflict error message

We are trying to move our server v20 to a new location, but during the backup restore process, after the Activating FQDN screen, we get a 'Conflict' error message.

Can you please advise how we can do the move.

The reason for the move is that we can no longer access our Admin Panel, it say 502 - OK. It worked perfectly yesterday and today is started giving this error, so I cannot pull any logs

What is the error message you are getting specifically?

Not too sound too cliche, but have you tried to reboot the server? Sometimes Windows machines do tend to require this on occassion.

Can you still access the web client itself as a client, just not the admin console?

What has changed from when it was working to now?
