Solved Moving to on premises but can't shut down 3cx hosted version

We are moving our hosted pbx to on premises, therefore I wanted to shutdown my hosted VM and decouple the FQDN to reuse it on our own server, but the shutdown option on hosted doesn't work.

After you've selected "Stop", if it still says "Running" for any reason, be sure to give it a couple of minutes and then refresh the page.

If that doesn't help, please let us know what happens exactly.

I tried yesterday and it said "something went wrong, contact support" tried it today, works now ;-)
