Hello!

I configure my CRM with that manual, final manual test via button passes successfully (new contact created in CRM).
But it doesn't work in application, try to test it with web client https://***.my3cx.ru:5001/webclient using actual Chrome and making calls between two 3CX extensions. Nothing happens when i answer call.
What I do wrong? What correct scenario for testing that integration?

External calls only and also you can test it in the CRM Integration page. There's a button "Test".

thanks for fast reply!

right, I use that button and everything is ok!
But additionally need show that integration "in real life"... no ways to test it only with extensions?

Well, take your cellphone and call the DID from external and the integration will do its job. Either pull contact from Dynamics or create one, then pull it.

You can also create a dummy SIP Trunk to the same PBX, and make calls from your extension via that SIP Trunk, so the same 3CX server receives the call as an external call. It's a trick you can use for testing....

How do we do that? Dummy ext + SIP trunk that registers via that extension?

No dummy extension. Just a SIP Trunk configured to the IP Address of the PBX, and setting the authentication to "Do not require - IP based". Then set a dummy main number, for example "1234567890", create an outbound rule for that number, and you're ready to make calls. Also, you can emulate different numbers by changing this dummy main number...

That's good to know!
