MsSQL integration: How to use fields other than name and first name

Hello,

I have integrated MsSQl and it works fine.
But other fields than Name and First Name are not usable as variables e.G. in eMail notifications.

I want so see the companyname on the phone Display also in the eMail notifications.

Does anyone know how to do this?
