MsSQL integration: Prevent from saving into contacts

Hello,

my MsSQL Integration works, but it saves it to the contacts. I don't want that, it should query each call new.

How is that possible?

That's how the integration works, when you receive an inbound call, the CRM engine will search for contacts with that number in your database, and insert them as 3CX Contacts.

Yes, but it does not update the contacts - so it is better not to save it - then I do have the most updatet contacts

Contacts are updated every time users call in. There is a 10 minutes cache, so if you test 2 calls in that time frame, the contact will not be updated. But it will after that time.
