Multi Tenant Question

Good morning.

One of our customers runs 3 businesses as seperate 3cx instances. This was their original requirement, however they have now asked to explore the options to merge the systems.

The main feature they would like to use would be team view, viewing the status' of members in a 'different' system.

Looking at 3cx blogs I have spotted 2 potential options available:

1. Bridges - I think this can be quickly disregarded as it only allows for 2 systems to be bridged together at a maximum, not 3.
2. Multi Tenant - This looks more promising but I don't think it is quite right. I would to clarify a few things if anyone can help:
   1. Can we import users from the other instances, or will we need to rebuild the users?
   2. Would 365 integration stop working?
   3. Does this then allow for departments to see departments in a seperate tenant?

My initial feeling is that multi-tenant is more for seperate businesses, that have no need for inter-tenant operations.

To satisfy the customers needs, our only option is to go for rebuilding all 3 instances or 1.

Hello,

Bridges would work just fine - you would bridge each system to the other two, this way they all talk and sync with each other and there is no dependency or master node.Any PBX can be bridged to many others, no issue here.

Multi Tenant would not work, as there each tenant is completely isolated from the others.
