We purchased a new Multi Tenant license last week.i installed the new system, hoping to install the multi-tenant part on it.
I am in my portal, and I see the license key - 3CXP Pro, 16 SC. It is not registered to any FQDN or system. I go to Downloads and select "Install" under Debian for #CX Multi Tenant. It brings me to a screen where it lists my available licenses, and no combination of search parameters brings up a license to use.
I saw on another thread ( https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/multi-tenant-registration-issues.132048/ ) that my license key might not show as available as it was previously used.
Anybody can help?
