Multi Tiered Recording Access

Maybe I'm over thinking this...

Supervisor to have access to recordings, but also want Manager to have access to recordings from same group, without the supervisor having access to the manager's recordings... My brain is turning to much looking through the options lol.

Hi Matt,

With "Can see group recordings" you will be able to see the recordings of the whole group, including the manager's ones.

Okay so really there's no way to do that?

Correct, you can only do it per group, not per user
