Multicast Paging with Snom PA1 and Yealink Phones

I have setup a Snom PA1 and multiple Yealink T46s phones for multicast paging. Both devices are on the same network but I am getting no paging. I can dial the Snow directly and I get paging. The IP address I used for the multicast was the one for the Snom

Multicast Paging uses Multicast IP Addresses and a Multicast Listener.
https://www.iana.org/assignments/multicast-addresses

1) On receiving end, setup Multicast Listener (not part of the 3cx Setup. Requires custom template)
-- All phones get the same IP for this, apart from their IPv4 Address for Network connectivity --
2) On 3cx setup the Multicast Paging Group.

On the Snom interface, goto Advanced, then SIP.
