Hi, we have a Cyberdata paging server which we use to page different zones. I'm aware that 3CX can accomplish this but we need other features of this server. When we dial the extension that the server is provisioned to, we are prompted to dial a 2 digit code (01) which corresponds to a multicast address. Once I enter the 2-digit code, I am almost immediately placed on hold. I can pick up the held call and it prompts me for the 2-digit code and same behavior. If I try a different configured 2-digit code (00) it works. It is not consistent as I have had this happen to 00 as well. Are 2-digit codes during a call triggering something like a park? I don't have the park option checked for any of my extensions.

I'd turn on verbose logging to be certain why it's happening but I don't think there are any codes that overlap. I would make sure your Cyberdata is on the latest firmware and check the Cyberdata. I can't recall where but on one of the device pages there's a note about a limitation in certain multicast scenarios where you can only have one multicast group which might explain your issue. Otherwise call Cyberdata, their support is typically pretty helpful.
