Not really 3cx issue - but SIP anyhow. Hoping someone has experience.
We have a Cyberdata SIP Speaker, with a slave (run via audio wire) in an open room.
We would like to send music from a laptop using VLC and Multicast.
The Cyberdata has a Music Multicast address - which is lowest priority and will always be overridden with a page.
I tried to send from VLC, and all I got was scrambled audio.
I am just not super familiar with VLC on how to send the audio in the right format. (For now using a WAV file which plays fine on local computer)

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Haven't tried and don't have any insight other than to ask if you tried reaching out to Cyberdata. Their support is pretty good.

Yes always goto vendor. But often I get much faster answers here.
