We have 4 3cx systems covering different Geographical areas, all integrated via Bridges To reduce call lag
Europe, USA, Africa, Australia/Asia one system in each
We are just Setting up our Zoho One. I am looking at the outline document, and assume I just setup for each system in Zoho API console, but trying to understand how it will choose which phone system to call out of if using the Zoho "Call" button for a customer call, how does it, determine which system to call out from. Is in dependant on the User/Agent being logged into 3CX Web Client? Or is there some other methodology used to determine system to use for outbound calls.

My listing shows "Free User" but we have 4 paid for PRO systems but they are not listed under my login, these are Listed under our IT Managers login

The Click2Call just sends the number to the DesktopApp/Webclient. It will use who's logged in to call.

That's it.

For this, I suggest you link your licenses with a partner and then use the partner for support. This way partners we can choose any since we see all linked subscriptions.

OK so setup 4 server side in api console https://api-console.zoho.eu/ first one authenticates fine, but the others cannot connect gives error Invalid redirect uri with underneath Redirect URI passed does not match with the one configured. when I hit authorize. So only the first server-side seems to work. each api setup up to point at different 3cx systems different ID and key, but looks like it does not check against the right api only the first.

You will need a separate Client ID in Zoho for each 3CX installation, because the Redirect URL is different in each case. Did you do it like this? Or you're trying to authorize all the PBX against the same Client ID / Client Secret pair?
