Multiple Accounts Virtual Keys

Hello,

I have two 3CX servers/ companies, and some of the users have extensions on both servers. I provisioned the first company via SBC on the phone, and for the second company, I used STUN.
For the first company, I am using the first 4 Virtual Key,s and for the second,d I use the last 4, but the problem is every time I reset the phone,e it overrides the settings, and it shows the first company only
Any advice?

A phone will always load its configuration from the PBX of which the provisioning URL is given. Any modifications to the BLF keys of a phone through its interface will be overridden by the configuration on the PBX.

Any alternative? Maybe still use the SBC but manually configure and add the SBC IP as an outbound proxy?

You could, but then you wont have the phonebook being loaded from the PBX, and any other settings would need to be done manually. You would have to manually update these phones when their time comes for upgrading firmware.

And you would not be eligible for support on these devices if something goes wrong.
