Multiple Call-Ins to one Sip-Trunk

Hi all
We are using netvoip sip trunks. they are working. but only with one simultaneous call.
I have set to 5 sim-call. But im not able to receive more than one.
is there something special to do?

Check with them if on the voice exchange like Porta they have limited your sim calls maybe?
