Just trying to figure out the best way to do this. It's the same people answering the calls for both companies, so they need to be able to tell if the call is coming in for Company A or Company B.
There are 4 lines, 1 and 2 are in hunt for company A and 3 and 4 are in hunt for company B. They want to run ring groups, no queues. I know that on the Aastras and the Yealinks the name of the ring group comes through on the display, is that the same on the Ciscos and Polycoms? Is that the best way to do this? Just create the ring groups named Company A and Company B, then just set line 1-2 to ring one and 3-4 to ring the other? Then they'll see the name of the company the call is for on the display.
