I'm new to 3cx so please bear with me. Is it possible to do the following with free 3cx.
1. is there any way that a did can ring on a group ring as I've tried it now and it only rings on 1 phone.
2. Is there any way that I can show the name of the company in the line status as well as the number.
3. is there any way that a screen pop up can be display when some rings a number so I can see what company is required.
I have loads of questions so thanks in advance for your help.
