I have found that we can have an extension voicemail sent to more than one email.
In the extension General>User Information>Email Address
Add the email addresses with a comma between them like:
[email protected],[email protected]
These can be the same domain or different domains.

Hi @johntopnet,

This has been addressed in V18. There will be only one email address per extension.

Well we actually want this for Reception - 1 email to monitor and 1 email to action. I was pleased about the simple solution.
Has it been removed for privacy reasons? I can't think of another.
There is workaround I have but it is a bit more fiddly.
I'm sure it will work in V18 as well.

Hi @johntopnet,

You could place the 2 extensions you'd like to monitor in a ring group and have the routing send the call to the ring group's voicemail instead, that way each extension will be notified via email.

What workaround are you thinking to use?

We've generally just used a distribution list or shared mailbox when this has come up.
