Multiple hosted systems going offline/online for 30 minutes +

5 3CX hosted v.18 systems started sending alerts "Trunk SBC 'Yealink T54W" is down, then a minute later it's up, now multiply by 100 sets every minute!
This started about 45 minutes ago.
When on the management console, some pages couldn't be displayed.
What's going on?
