In our operation we have locations that all calls ring everywhere.. when someone answers a call they currently put them on hold and then intercom the proper party and say.. call on line 4.. or call on line 3.. etc etc etc.. as a throw back to the days where we had POTS lines in a hunt group and calls would ring in on line 1-4 or whatever.
Currently on our Mitel systems we achieve this by having phantom extensions labels line 1-4 and we transfer the call to hold on these extensions with all phones having visibilty to these on their phones... it works.
What can I do on the 3CX system to mimic something like this. Basically be able to have multiple calls running but be able to put on hold and someone somewhere else can see it and grab it without needing a transfer.
