In Progress Multiple Phonebooks

Hi,

as discussed in the Boards (http://www.3cx.com/forums/post175146.html / http://www.3cx.de/topic/getrennte-firmen-telefonbucher/) - it would be nice to have multiple, seperated Phonebooks within 3CX. (V14)
Extension Group A got another Phonebook than Extension Group B, ...

This would be big! When adding the contact to the phone book, provide an option to select the Group that will have access to the contacts.

Still waiting for this.
Group-Addressbooks are badly needed in our company.
We have over 50 groups and we cannot use just one phonebook for all.

Is it expected for V15?

Just upgraded today. This would be VERY helpful. We have some high profile clients in our buildings and we don't want other customers knowing who is working in the building and what extension they are at.

Does anyone know what is happening with this?
We also have a number of groups that should not be seeing the entire phone book. As an example the "Factory" group should not be able to see the rest of the Phone Book, but the "Office" group should be able to see all the group phone books.

This is a very good idea.

This is a great Idea. It would be useful to have different phonebooks.
We have some leads that need to separate their users in divisions and doesn't want that some users reach contacts from other areas.

The address book on the mobile app needs to have a filter to show only the desired contact list(s) (ex. 3CX, Gmail, Yahoo, Phone, etc.). Having thousands of contacts combined into a single view is a mess. And having to search for a contact every time defeats the purpose of the list. Please add a filter capability for the mobile app!

This Feature request for multiple phonebooks is nice.
However I still wait since v14 for a functional basic phonebook on snom IP phones and yealink IP phones and for sure there are some more. It is still the same and only the mobile numbers are displayed. Please invest some time in basic needed stuff!!!

3CX, can you tell us what is happening with this? This seems to be a basic requirement for any telephone system, not just a "wouldn't it be cool if...." kind of request.
We have now lost 2 client installation opportunities over this issue.

Need this one as well - tired on having to maintain the XML files manually and then modify phone templates each time there is an update.
