Solved Multiple Phones per extension not working

Hi,

We recently upgraded to V20, I have looked over some documents stating that we can have as many phones per extension as we like.
I have registered to an extension a DECT extension from a Yealink T53 phone, I have this registered as a Generic IP phone as it wont allow me to use the same MAC address.
I am then trying to register another Yealink T31P phone to the same extension. I can exter the MAC address and select the phone model, then on the next page I can select the Network Card used. Once pressing OK on this part the system freezes and after 5 or 6 seconds kicks me back in to the main admin screen.
Is this a bug or an I doing something wrong.

It seems that something is wrong with the configuration here. First of all elaborate regarding "DECT extension from a Yealink T53 phone, I have this registered as a Generic IP phone as it wont allow me to use the same MAC address."
What steps do you follow? How are you trying to provision?

I have managed to get it sorted.
I had to delete the Generic phone that is used on the T53 DECT phone extension, add my T31P in first and provision like normal then re-add the Generic phone for the second device.

The issue is, if you have a generic phone assigned first to an extension, it will not allow you to add a second phone to the same extension.
