How are the phones provisioned ? Local / VPN / STUN / SBC

At a guess these are configured as stun

"Direct SIP - STUN"

What do you have in mind ?

In your capture hide mac adress instead of local ips

If STUN did you set as it's requested by 3cx?

Have you configured them the 3CX supported way.

Given each phone as static IP (can be done via DHCP)
Assigned different SIP ports , block of RTP ports to the phone.
Setup port forwarding on the router protecting the phones - so that the correct SIP , RTP ports are forwarded to the correct phone.

For example

Ext 340 - SIP Port 5065 RTP ports 14000 - 14012
Ext 350 - SIP Port 5066 RTP ports 14013 - 14025
and so on

Another option to above, is to install SBC locally

Is there a security implication in showing our phone MAC ?

Not sure what you are referring to ?

Will look into this - is there some "fixed" / suggested setup for SIP vs RTP ports to use ?

Just each phone has to have a different sip port and a block of rtp ports (normally 12)

These settings are configured under Phone Provisioning - Local SIP Ports , Local RTP Audio Ports Start and Local RTP Audio Ports End
