Multiple registrations seen on VoIP.co.uk

We have customer using your product, and we have had a few support queries come in.
We have installed the free version of your product as follows

1 SIP phone, extension 200, actual device is a SNOM 360
1 Digital Assistant extn 800, plays a file and pressing 1 transfers the call to exten 200
1 VoIP provider defined; beta.voip.co.uk username/password
Inbound calls are configured to route the call to extn 800 (DA)
STUN is disabled. This is a requirement of using VoIP.co.uk

We are seeing the following SIP AOR for the PBX: i.e. it is registering multiple times, where this should be a single entry.
note this results in us sending multiple Invites to the PBX on an incoming call. Another issue is when the call is answered by the DA, we hear the audio file played multiple times. The PBX should answer the first Invite, and respond back to us with a loop detected message on the other invites for the same call.

Is this issue of multiple registrations being addressed, as this causes multiline ringing on multiline phones that are connected through the 3cx server.

I appreciate that V3 may not be developed further but V5 isnt stable yet of course install and leave.

This issue has been fixed when V5 yet been in beta stage. V3 has no such issue as far as I know.

Hi Archie thanks for the reply. The first post in this thread from Adam describes the issue when using voip.co.uk as a provider. I can confirm it ocours on tests I have done too, on two V3 systems we have running using voip.co.uk as the provider. Adam is part of voip.co.uk by the way.

Hi Archie, just installed V5 I can confirm Version 5 is ok on voip.co.uk and no multi registration so far.
