Multiple rules for single DID

I have a situation where I need to direct a DID to different extensions (and at times ring groups) at different times of the day and on different days of the week and I'm struggling to come up with a solution?

It appears I can only create 1 inbound rule per DID (?) which then, as far as I can tell, leaves me trying to set-up some very convoluted (and undesirable) rules at the extension level and it doesn't seem to work very well.

Does anyone have this sort of setup/requirement and if so do you have a solution?

OK, thanks for the reply. I'm not sure which licence we have so I'll ask my supplier. It seems odd that I can't just create a string of rules that are either applied or not based on the time of day, that would seem the simplest way. I'll check out the time based routing option though.

You can use dummy extensions for this purpose.
