Hello community,
I am still at an early stage of learning 3CX, so far so good but I have my first issue with Time zone.
I have been searching this forum for the past few hours and found no viable solution.
We have offices in two different time zones. I set up a Virtual Receptionist of type "Wake up" but it is attached to the server's default time zone. Is there a way to resolve this?

Also, I didn't get there yet but I am thinking about scheduling conferences and meetings, I presume if I have an integration with Office 365 this will take care of it but anyhow, any solution for the first part?

I will respond to myself in case someone else falls into the same questioning.

After provisioning an IP phone and assigning the proper time zone that worked out. I had previously only setup soft-phones apps for testing and my understanding is, there is no way to assign a time zone to an extension, but there is for an IP Phone.

Physical phones (IP Phones) can have their time zone set up in the Provisioning tab. soft phones do not have that option. Please be aware, the time zone basically just sets the clock on the phone display. voicemail messages will be time stamped with the time zone of the server, not necessarily the time zone of the phone.
