Hello: I have polycom 501 and patton 4118 2 pstn lines. no voip.
question: I have setup my polycom with 2 extnesions per phone. When one line is on hold and another phone call comes in, how do I pick up the other line on the same phone. all phones ring but the one with the extnesion on hold.
