Music on hold and other Miscellaneous problems with the web client

Hi,
I'm an IT rep at a small business. Currently I am using 3CX's smb package to trial it. I am setting this up without partner support due to the price they wanted to charge me to setup somethign simple. I am having some issue where I cannot setup a custom music on hold in the web client. The only way to really change the music on hold is by using Queues, but we as a small business do not need a queue system. It seems like a simple feature for the system to have a setting for this. I would like to discuss some glaring issues with the web client, but I don't want to vent it here, is there anyone I can contact in support or management who can take on such issues?

Please note that you can not have different music on hold with the Startup instances. If you would like to have more control of the instance, may want to consider a dedicated phone system.
