This seems a bit strange.
We have a new client with the 3cx system and 4 phones.
We are ONLY using PSTN with a Grandstream 4104 and all the phones are Grandstream GXP2100 (NO VOIP provider)
The client has a problem in that when a call comes in they put it on hold the the caller will hear the music on hold.
When they transfere the call (announced transfere) the internal extension they have dialled (ie 101) hears the music on hold and not the caller.
Other tests show that when the call is transfered, the extension (when the call is put through) will hear music on hold for about 1 - 2 seconds and then the caller can be heard!
Any ideas please?
