Music on Hold changed?

Hi;

I am currently on v14 and I am not aware of any updates that have been installed, but the Music on Hold has changed from the 3CX Soundstreamz to a new piece of music which is currently deafening our customer base.

Was there an update which changed the MoH file or have I missed something?

I am aware of how to fix this, just curious on why the MoH was changed?

Dear markscottuk,

The V14 did not have an update in the last few months and the 3CXPhone System does not change by itself or through update the Music on Hold. You can re-convert the file using this converter tool http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/sp2-convert-wav-files/ and let us know if it works.
