Music on Hold from Desktop App

Hi i have tried this on a few systems and i cannot get it working, i have a customer that is just using the desktop apps on PC's with headsets, we have changed the default music and it works on the mobile app, desk phones and web client but when we place on hold through the desk top apps its always the default music even though this has been removed from the 0 to 9 list on music on hold.

I have also tried this on a fresh install hosted with AWS and its the same, so im thinking it may be a bug with the desk top apps, can someone else give this a go please

If you are using Shared Parking that has its own music setting, as does audio conference calls.
