Music on Hold not loading...

I recently purchased several jingles for our PBX to use as MoH in WAV format. We have used Audacity to convert files to match 3CX reqs, however, when we try to upload the file, we get an error message: "Incorrect audio format. Convert this file and try again. For more info go here : https://www.3cx.com/docs/converting-wav-file/"

We know that the file is in the correct format, we've loaded IVR and greeting recordings before, we just have hit a roadblock.

Any suggestions as to what we are doing wrong?

I'm curious how you know they are on the correct format when 3CX is telling you otherwise. Have you tried another install to confirm it does or doesn't work there?

I haven't yet tried it on another install will try. In the meantime, here's a screenshot of the file's format/info:

So I don't think that's right. I'd download a working file from 3CX and compare. I just downloaded a prompt from my install and it shows a 128 kbps bit rate:

I confirm that all files I put in 3CX are in 128kbps !

Are you positive that you have the file in 8k 16bit .wav format? Our business is "Messages on hold" so we deal with them every day. Send me the file and I'll check it for you.
