We have a new deployment. The customer asked us to change the MOH. They supplied a file, we modified it in Audacity to match the requirements, then uploaded it into the original first slot for MOH, replacing the stock music. If you call the system and whoever answers puts you on hold, you hear the old music. If the person answering transfers to another extension, the system plays the new MOH while the call is being transferred. If the person we were transferred to puts us on hold again, it plays the old (original) music. If I Play the music from the MOH settings and send it to an extension, you hear what you expect. I've tried rebooting the whole server, didn't change the behavior. I can't see anywhere else in the settings that would choose the old music for anything. What am I missing? I could SSH into the box (it's a Debian VM) and delete the original wav file, but that may result in silence I'm guessing. Or, I could copy the correct music and rename it to the original file name to see if that works, but it seems like I'm jumping through hoops when I shouldn't have to. Anyone have any ideas?
