Music on hold - not working

I have just completed a fresh installation of version 15. Everything seems to be working fine, however the hold music is not working. Instead of hold music, I keep hearing beeping noises. Similar to an engaged signal. I have tried using the standard and custom hold music - no changes. tried adding multiple wav files - no change.

I have tried several things like changing the language of the prompt set from English to Uk and no change.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled from backup.. same issue

Any ideas what could be going wrong ? Anyone else experiencing these issues ?

Hi Guys

Support have provided a solution to this. I am using a Welltech PSTN gateway.

Under SIP Trunks > Welltech > Option > Advanced

Untick "Supports Reinvite" checkbox.

This fixes the problem.

Hope this helps anyone else having a similar issue.
