Music on Hold Playing for a brief second before playing voice mail message

I have a client running 3CX v16.0.9 on Linux Debian 10. We changed the voicemail message, but when I call in, the music on hold for the system plays for a brief second then it plays the voicemail message. This only happens when the system is operating during office hours.

What is the call flow? This may be happening during a "transfer" of the call.

This only happens if 3CX is taking too long to transfer the call to the voicemail system. You may need to increase the power of your 3CX server. That's why it only happens during office hours -- more demand being placed on the server.

Not sure at all this is 3CX machine too low hardware explaination for this, I got this too, this happens just when something is transfering for example from IVR to voice mail, this happens since V14 when 3CX removed IVR to be set to 0sec , now min time is default to 1sec, so during one sec you get 1sec of MOH, really ugly audio transition.

Probably the proposed workaround will be to silent one sec of MOH to have a silent transition , really not my cup of tea.
