Music on hold playlist stops after 1 s

Just upgraded from V12.5 to V14. We use the built in playlist for 'music on hold' but now when waiting in a que a caller hears just 1 sec music and then it stops. When I switch 'music on hold' to a song it does play the whole song. Anybody any idea what goes wrong?
