Music on hold - stop repeating

Hi,

I have a short audio file as music on hold. Is there a way to let this audio file play only once, without it beign repeated over and over again?

Hi,
I don't think so, MOH is played until someone pickup the call so why do you want to stop this when is played only once?
if your MOH file is very short , change it for a longer one.

Nope unfortunately not. You could just add silence to the end of the file using a tool like Audacity?

If you are using the file as actuale music on hold, then you want "something" playing so that people don't think they have been dropped. If your short file is some sort of "informational announcement" that you don't want playing over and over, then consider creating a recording, with that at the beginning folowed by music.
