Music on Hold

Hi,

Can we add dynamic music on hold and give the customer the option to select which kind of music to listen on hold depending their preferences. Example have 3 or 4 different music on hold and by the customer request is the one that plays on that call.

Hi Amaury, unfortunately that is not possible.

You can handle different music on hold in the queue, or different MOH by day or by call.

Is there anyway that this could be a feature request or be done by call flow designer? I think this can be a wow experience for the customer if they can choose instead of being mandated of the music they listen to. Or even have no on hold music if they wish.
