Do you register the IP8100 with the 3CX?

two softphones, and i have also tested with my vonage phone, its a vtech IP8100. and i also called it from a niegbors. same thing no music

Sorry for the question, Do you register the vtech 8100-1 with the 3cx? how do you do that?
